Has a long history as a performing and studio musician in the Capital region. The short list of bands Jeff Garrison has either founded or participated in are; Battery Park (1989-92), Deviation (1992-94), Mindscape (1994-98), Sierra (1998-01), A Call to Order (2001-05), Woolly Mammoth (2005-2007) Frieda Hammond (2007) and The Vernacular (2007-Present), The Chris Dukes Band (2009-Present).

Jeff is the founding member of The Vernacular.
